Once we agree on your bespoke piece, a 50% deposit or full payment will secure your order. I dedicate time each day to ensure every detail is executed to perfection, keeping you updated throughout the process. Clear and timely communication ensures your piece is delivered flawlessly, and I remain available before, during, and after completion to provide guidance, support, and refinement as needed.
Each piece is created entirely by hand, crafted with care in the hours I devote outside of my full-time work. While instant gratification is not possible, what you will receive is a truly unique creation, well worth the wait. Once your order is placed, I begin work immediately, with a timeframe of 2–5 weeks for your piece to be completed, packed, and delivered to your door. Ready-to-ship items, however, are dispatched the following business day.
As each Bijoux piece is custom-made and one of a kind, we do not offer refunds or exchanges; however, every creation is protected by a one-year guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship. To preserve the integrity of your jewels, we kindly ask that you avoid neglectful wear such as sports, vigorous physical activity, gardening, or any hard impact to gemstones—particularly softer stones like opals. Should your piece ever require repair, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Lab-created gemstones are in fact real and genuine; just man-made instead of mined from the earth. In my opinion they are no different and lab gemstones are more sustainable to our environment, leaving a smaller carbon footprint as opposed to the mining of natural gemstones. Believe it or not, lab gemstones are chemically, physically and optically identical to their natural counterparts.
