HOW DO I ORDER CUSTOM/BESPOKE PIECES ?
My commissions are open !
You can either email me or direct message on Instagram to get started. I will send you a form to fill out along with guides to give you an accurate quote.
Once we have agreed on your new custom piece, I offer either a 50% deposit or full payment to be made. Throughout each step of the way I am always checking in and ensuring you are happy with the process of the end result!
Please note that as much as I do love engaging with you and making sure your new piece is exactly how you want it to be, I also work full time. I put aside a few hours every day to work on your new piece and ensure that your item is perfect and will always communicate if any changes are made/do occur. I expect the same curtesy in return, as any hold ups will only delay your item!
I will always be here before and after to answer, help and give any advice if ever needed 🥰
HOW LONG TILL I GET MY NEW JEWELS ?
I endeavour to do my absolute best to create and finish off your newest piece as soon as possible. Bijoux is only run by these two hands and in the time I have after working full time, so instant gratification is not what you will receive but rather a unique piece that is well worth the wait✨
As soon as your order is placed, I will then begin getting to work 🥳Please allow a timeframe of 2-5 weeks for your piece to be packed, shipped & delivered to your doorstep.*
*This excludes ready to ship items, which are posted the next business day 🎀
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Bijoux specialises in custom and one of a kind pieces therefore meaning that we do not unfortunately offer refunds or exchanges. If a product is faulty however, we offer a one year guarantee against any defects in materials or craftsmanship.
Please refrain from neglecting care in your jewellery such as playing sports, vigorous physical activities, gardening and please try to avoid hard blows to the gemstones (especially those that are much softer such as opals).
If any of your pieces are in need of repair, feel free to contact me.
WHAT IS A LAB GROWN/CREATED GEMSTONE ?
Lab-created gemstones are in fact real and genuine; just man-made instead of mined from the earth. In my opinion they are no different and lab gemstones are more sustainable to our environment, leaving a smaller carbon footprint as opposed to the mining of natural gemstones. Believe it or not, lab gemstones are chemically, physically and optically identical to their natural counterparts.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR SHIPPING/POSTAGE?
Bijoux is incredibly flexible with shipping and your options to ensure a smooth delivery include:
- Free, standard, tracked shipping (this is inclusive with all orders).
- Express, tracked shipping can be provided globally for $20 extra.Feel free to contact me for delivery times based on your location.
- Insurance cover is an optional extra that can be applied to all your orders, for extra peace of mind. This is great as it covers any potential damage to your jewels.For orders under $500, the cost is $9.
